I am so happy that you have found my site! Here is a little about me and my practice:

I became licensed massage therapist in 2015 and began my ongoing studies of Thai medicine & bodywork in 2017. I offer both Thai massage on a mat & deep tissue table work. Sessions with me are generally effective for specific issues as well as overall well being. Practicing bodywork is for me a meditation and a labor of love. In sessions I combine my knowledge of the nervous system, deep fascial work & Thai to provide sessions that are both relaxing and nurturing as well as deep and effective for addressing many musculoskeletal imbalances, aches and pains.

My practice is located in downtown Marshall, NC. Marshall was hit hard by hurricane Helene and while the town is still very much rebuilding my office has been able to reopen and I have been back practicing in Marshall since November 2024.

In my life outside of massage I am a mother to a feisty 9 year old child, two wild dogs & a cat. We love gardening, our community and time spent outdoors. I am Western North Carolina born and raised and proud to call these mountains home.
