Specializing in Deep Tissue & Thai Bodywork

I am so happy that you have found my site! Here is a little about me and my practice:
I got my first massage in 2014 and was hooked. Within a few months of that massage I applied to Center for Massage and Healing Arts in Asheville, NC. I became licensed massage therapist in 2015 and began my ongoing studies of Thai medicine & bodywork in 2017. Massage has been the steady practice over the past decade in my life. I love this work and am honored to have the folks come in for sessions that I do and to be able to practice something that is aligned with my skills and how I want to show up in this world. For me it is a meditation and a labor of love. In sessions I combine my knowledge of the nervous system, deep fascial work & Thai to provide sessions that are both relaxing and nurturing as well as deep and effective for addressing many musculoskeletal imbalances, aches and pains.
The main location for practice is Marshall, NC- which was ravaged by hurricane Helene in September of 2024 and is in an ongoing healing and rebuilding process. My office is on the third floor of a building on Mainstreet of downtown Marshall, while the first two floors of my building were flooded my office stayed safe and our building is structurally sound. I am back practicing as of November. The flood shook our region and many people volunteered their time to help get water and supplies to folks in need, muck out buildings, rebuild homes, etc. My offer in this time, and hopefully beyond, is my services on a sliding scale of 0-200% of my regular rates in order to make this work as accessible for all as possible. Please visit the page on my site for sliding scale if you would like to know how you can access or contribute to the sliding scale.
